BENDHOR 50 > wheel control

Piston force 50 Tn, with a 350 mm stroke and an impressive cast steel oversized table.  These characteristics give great rigidity to the structure, allowing   work on heavy parts and opening infinite possibilities to develop special tools (bending Ø50 mm solid bars).
Standard machine tools: 2 Toolholders, 2 Toolholders spindles, 1 Die for 90º  V = 140, 1 Die for 60º  V = 70 and 1 Punch 60º.
Two options for the folding control: WHEELS or CNC.

Salient features:

Steel table

Oversized cast steel or sheet metal table according to the model, which ensures the strength necessary to achieve good quality work. Special care has been taken in the design, the top has been developed using the necessary tools, without any drive system that interferes with the bending process, minimizing entrapment accidents.

Slide

Toolholder slide on hardened and ground guides machined as a single piece for greater rigidity and precision when in movement.

Hydraulic equipment

Monoblock Hydraulic equipment, designed to work at the required feed speeds of the moveable slide, without any bottlenecking caused by oil overheating, meaning longer component life and greater machine precision. Mounted on the same unit are an automatic and programmable central lubrication pressure pump, with a light sensor or on-screen facility and automatic machine stop if there is an oil shortage.

Control wheel/Touch Screen

Forward and reverse flywheel controls with locking nut and decimal positioning counter that allows prompt transmission and accurate angle bending. The repeatability on the feed stop (the bending angle) is controlled by precision motion detector cells. 3.8 "easy and intuitive tactile touch screen. Measurement display when in motion. Bending programme store. Warning alarms and on-screen errors.

Toolholder spindles

The toolholder spindles are tempered and ground. The fastening elements are designed to incorporate the maximum rigidity of the unit with the speed of the tool change.

Different dies and punches

The different standard dies and punches are mounted on two tool holders with a dovetail type slot, reducing the tool change time to a minimum. Bendhor machines can be equipped with accessories that extend the possibilities of the machine thus improving productivity and quality of work.
