Loar-Bendhor develops customised tools as a personalized solution to the different characteristics of bending / folding presented by our customers.
Either using a plan of the piece, or the sample itself, the technical office at Loar studies the bending / folding, and offers an optimal solution, which is both technically and economically feasibility.
Similarly, ongoing analysis of the bending / folding solutions offered by the market also exists. Tool design is also analyzed and improved (fewer machine strikes per piece or more pieces per machine strike) so that we can be constantly developing and innovating tooling.
